Please note that due to the nature of our spirits, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or tampered with.

If your order arrived damaged, please include clear photographs of the packaging and the bottle's seal for our quality control review.
Secure Packaging
Once authorized, place the unopened item back into its original protective transit packaging to ensure it reaches the distillery safely.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back using our provided prepaid label; your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
